Have you ever wondered why, when a For Sale sign goes up, more frequently than not, another For Sale sign or two go up in the vicinity within 30 days.?

Nobody really knows why.  All we know is that it's a very common occurance.  Most people are followers.....maybe it's the human "me too" syndrome.

Regardless of the reason, distributing Sold or Listed cards around the "active" property has been the difinitive prospecting method used by realtors since the beginning of organized Real Estate.  While other prospecting products have come and gone (mostly the novelty products), the Sold/Listed card has been the classic; outliving and outperforming the "flavour of the month" products year after year, decade after decade.

On a per unit cost comparison, the Sold/Listed card has likely generated more business than all other prospecting materials combined.

HOW THE SOLD/LISTED EXPRESS PROGRAM WORKS

1.    Choose the card size and style you like (we'll guide you).

2.    Advise us of the quantity of "Signature" (shell) cards you'd like to stock up with (we will                  make recommendations).

3.    We print your cards and stock them in our warehouse. Available in Full  Colour or 2 Colour.

4.    Whenever you have a sale or listing, fax us or e-mail us the information

5.    We print and deliver the finished cards to you or distribute them for  you (in GTA  only).

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

• Our shell cards (referred to as Signature cards) are designed in such a way as  to allow you to print a sold address, a listing, both, several addresses or an Evaluation Certificate on the same card.  No need to stock up with 2, 3 & 4 different lots of shell cards, thereby saving you money and reducing your unit cost.
  

• Our signarure cards are available in a variety of sizes, designs and grades to suit every taste and budget.
  

• If you do not have a sale or listing to promote and still want to go out with a card, ask us.  We have "fillers" that we can print for you instead of sales or listings.
